• Experience Living/Working Abroad
  
• References from past programs or training organizations
  
• Survey Examples and scores from past programs
  
• A referral
  
• Academic Cultural background with Applied training history
  
• Extensive travel experience
  
• Familiarity with the Relocation/ Training & Development industries
• Executive business backrounds inmanagement and diversity
  
• Executive experience working in multi-national teams
  
• Multi-lingual facilitators
  
•  A great attitude
• Familiarity with web, virtual training/coaching
• a love for cultures
  
• a love for people
• a love for teaching
